About the Teacher

Nonna Cherem is a graduate of:

• The Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory of Music, St. Petersburg, Russia, with Masters Degree as “Music Teacher, Pianist, Soloist of the Chamber Ensemble and Orchestra Leader”
• The Mussorgsky Music College, St. Petersburg, Russia
• The Lyahovitskaya School for Gifted Children, St. Petersburg, Russia

Since her arrival in the Toronto area twenty-four years ago, she has been guiding her students through the Royal Conservatory of Music curriculum, preparing them for the RCM exams, and helping significantly in the process by which children develop into capable, self-confident, musically-oriented young adults.
